Lookup data: When you use our permit lookup tool, we collect the zip code, project type, and answers you provide. This data is used to generate results and improve our service.

IP addresses: We hash IP addresses using SHA-256 for rate limiting purposes. We do not store your actual IP address.

Email addresses: If you provide your email when submitting feedback or purchasing a Pro Report, we store it to communicate about your feedback or deliver your purchase.

Payment data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your credit card information. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
